Im very impressed with their concept of nutrition. Cons: for the moment, if your not careful, you will walk passed it. Its literally across the street from the library. Overall: its a bit high in price 8.00 in price but quality over quantity. And, for your health, price shouldn't completely be a factor. Will I return, Definitely! I want to support small businesses like this where customers MATTER! Update: 09/17/2021 Had a cookies and cream protein bowl with granola. Delicious, like ice cream but healthier! They take their time to make it great. Cant wait for next Friday Fyi, the picture i posted, was post walking home in the 80 degree heat. The one i posted with the chocolate, in cooler temperatures. Trust me, it looks good They also take time to know their customers, thats a plus, human factor not many restaurants/businesses have today.

I have been coming to this place for more than 10 or 12 years. The customer service is excellent and the shakes and protein waffles are delicious. It truly is a unique and healthier alternative to your daily meal intake. I recommend for anyone to come and check this place out, you will enjoy it.

Great place and service. Price is decent for the quality. Both my partner and I went and got a berry bowl and a French vanilla simple shake. I was slurping for every last drop with the shake. It’s just the right amount of sweetness and is smooth. My partner loves the berry bowl, she too voted for 5 stars. Love that there’s no dairy in anything. Definitely will revisit :)
